I stay here when I come for work. Like the location, beautifully decorated.

Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.

It’s a hidden gem. Very close to Ruby Falls, at the foot of the Lookout Mountain, with amazing view of the river. All rooms with great views. The swimming pool and the two Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation. There’s a big receptionist hall with comfortable sofas to rest, a balcony with tables and chairs for coffee/breakfast with views and a big patio with comfortable chairs to enjoy the view. Breakfast is also served with eggs, sausages, waffle, toast, bread, cereal and Greek yogurt as well as juice and coffee. No physical check in but the staff are helpful communicating clearly beforehand. Just do remember to upload ID to check in online. There are complimentary water in the fridge in the room which is very much needed after a whole day’s tourist trip. As an Expedia Gold Member, I received a complimentary wine prepared well with two glasses in the room, a nice treat in the trip! Would definitely go back in the future for a short getaway! Highly recommended!

Second time we’ve stayed here just for the night as we’re passing through…

Everything about the inn was fabulous, down to the heated floors in the bathroom. The ladies in the office were great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very well appointed. The only improvement I would offer is that I would recommend that they check out their mattresses. The one in our room sloped downward from the center. We fixed it by putting one of the large bed pillows under the mattress and it was great after that.
